Cancellation Policy
Special Event Portable Toilets, Restroom Trailers, and Short-Term Rentals Cancellations made 60 days prior to delivery will incur a 50% charge of the rental agreement. Cancellations made 30 days prior to delivery will incur 100% charge of the rental agreement. CALLAHEAD will charge the credit provided by the customer when they made the reservation in accordance with these terms
Order placed within 30 days of delivery will incur 100% rental charge
Restroom trailer deposits are non-refundable within 60 days of reservation.
Location Policy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure CALLAHEAD equipment and vehicles can safely access the customer’s location.
CALLAHEAD shall not be responsible for any damages to the customer’s property, including pavement, subsurface, landscape, curbing, etc. resulting from CALLAHEAD’s services, vehicles, and equipment. Customer warrants their location is sufficient to bear the weight of CALLAHEAD’s equipment and vehicles.
Restroom Trailer Plumbing Agreement
For every CALLAHEAD Restroom Trailer rental, the customer bears all responsibility for the plumbing’s operation and maintenance while at the customer’s location.
The customer agrees responsibility to all plumbing operation and maintenance of the Restroom Trailer as follow:
Restroom Trailers require water supplied by CALLAHEAD or a domestic water supplied by the customer from a well or a waterline supplied by the Town or City.
Hooking up to a fire hydrant is not allowed. A fire hydrant will blow all of the plumbing lines in the walls of the trailer.
The customer agrees CALLAHEAD is not responsible for the plumbing operation and maintenance while at the customer’s location as follows:
If the customer supplies water, it must be hooked up to the trailer using a garden hose with constant water pressure at all times for the fixtures in the trailer to operate.
If the pressure is turned off or reduced.
If there is a leak in a hose connection or inline of the hose not allowing the trailer to operate and is not fixed by the customer’s maintenance person at their location.
If the water valve or pump is turned off not allowing the restroom trailer to operate.
If the water pressure is too high and blows a hole in the hose or plumbing lines or blows off the water connection.
If the hose is run over by anything causing a leak or pulls the hose off the trailer connection.
If the water supply provided by the customer dries up and stops flowing.
If the customer uses a pump to supply water to the trailer and the pump stops working.
If the Restroom Trailer is overused and the waste tanks begin to overflow, and the customer does not shut down the trailer.
Delivery, Service and Pick-up Wait Time Policy
Customer shall provide CALLAHEAD unobstructed access to the equipment on all scheduled service days.

Customer shall provide CALLAHEAD unobstructed access to the equipment on scheduled pick-up days.
Delivery delayed due to drivers wait time in truck or any other delivery lines at delivery location.
Driveway or access area blocked by vehicles, accidents, broken down vehicles, etc. at the delivery location.
Access refused by any personnel at delivery location.
Delivery delayed due to equipment or other obstruction blocking delivery location.
Delivery delayed due to locked gated, entrances, security guards, etc.
In the event a CALLAHEAD service team professional does not have access of equipment on delivery, pick-up, and service days the customer will incur a $125.00 per hour wait time fee for any service modification caused by or resulting from the customer’s failure to provide access.
